What if . . .
a leading wireless carrier wanted to highlight new technology to students and their families as they prepared to return to classrooms?
As students prepared to return to classrooms in late summer 2021, T-Mobile sought to draw attention to their products, services and brand in 16 high-visibility stores with a suite of bold, back-to-school (BTS) themed displays, fixtures, and signage. As in the past, T-Mobile turned to EWI to provide design, fabrication, logistics, and installation services for all stores.
T-Mobile BTS fixtures included:
• 3 different sizes locker displays lit with LEDs (Large, Medium and Slim)
• 3 different Acrylic signs (hanging, pedestal and table top) to promote special BTS deals
• Large Selfie Stations that mimicked locker displays, lit using built-in LEDs
• Niche Wall Display Fixtures
All parts were custom built using a variety of fabrication processes. For example, execution of the locker displays — which needed to look realistic while exuding T-Mobile’s bold brand — required a combination of vacuum form and machining. Our team of fabrication experts ensured that all manufacturing was executed flawlessly, and our team of logistics experts made sure that all deliveries and installations were seamless.
We accomplished the entire BTS project within a tight 30-day window. Most importantly, by creating a unique T-Mobile-branded BTS experience, the campaign led to an increase in back-to-school device sales.
