AT&T was looking for a way to enrich brand loyalty and guest experiences at their new Michigan Avenue flagship. EWI was tasked to attract guests and reimagine the typical store visit.
Visible from the street, an 18-screen video wall attracts guests to play Chicago-themed carnival games, like deep-dish pizza toss. In addition, EWI designed a custom vehicle that puts guests in the “car of the future,” where AT&T technology keeps them connected. Both experiences allow shoppers to take the fun home and make it shareable with digital photos of themselves playing the games.
AT&T has seen great results at the store and delivers high praise for EWI’s creative, powerful experiences.
